Wyoming 6’s Personal Training develops players with purpose. Through high-rep group sessions, focused one-on-one training, and virtual mentorship designed by Gewas Schindler and Lyle Thompson, we create personalized development plans that translate directly to box and field performance.
Our training model is simple, structured, and adaptable built to support every player through group training, one-on-one instruction, and virtual mentorship.
Experience a once-in-a-lifetime lacrosse event at the Xfinity Center as young players take the floor after the pros and play inside a professional arena. Led by lacrosse legend Lyle Thompson and joined by Gewas Schindler, this unforgettable night includes watching the Georgia Swarm face the Philadelphia Wings, followed by a youth game coached by Lyle himself. Families will also have the chance to meet Lyle after the game, collect autographs, and take home a signed Lyle Thompson lacrosse card—an experience that blends inspiration, fun, and lifelong memories.
Moments like this stay with young athletes forever. Standing close to greatness helps players see what is possible, not just in lacrosse, but in how they carry themselves, dream bigger, and commit to growth. This experience becomes a reference point—a memory they return to when training gets hard or confidence wavers.
Wyoming 6’s offers a flexible training system designed to meet players where they are—locally, regionally, or virtually—while holding everyone to the same standard of development and accountability. Every pathway is built around intentional reps, measurable progress, and mentorship rooted in both box and field lacrosse.
Our training programs were developed by Gewas Schindler and Lyle Thompson, combining decades of elite playing and coaching experience into a structured model that supports long-term growth. Whether training in person or remotely, players receive individualized guidance, clear benchmarks, and a plan that evolves with them.
